wont let me download maps anymore for any server

so this started happeneing after the fastdl (think whats thats called) broke on war3 and maybe other servers and now i cant download any map or go on any server i havent been on before!

1) shows you what pops up on my screen after trying to join say the war3 server 

2) shows what my console said about me joining

Perhaps you turned cl_downloadfilter 0 on. This command makes it so that you stop downloading new things from the server i believe

 

Try doing cl_downloadfilter none , if that doesn't work, then I'm not sure

Cl_allowdownload 1, cl_downloadfilter all are the correct cvars
