Its the full version of the creature creator, but its only part of the whole game. If you buy the creature creator and the pre-order, I think it takes $10 off, so you're not paying $60 for the whole game. Also, the Bay has a few torrents for cracked versions up, but they only unlock 75% or so of the parts, I'm not sure if you pay the 10 if it unlocks everything, or if they're the same either way.
