FPS issues pls help

Whenever I open my buy menu or use my mic ingame my fps drops between 20-35 and it makes buying weapons on round start absolutely aids. I have an i7 7700k, 16gb DDR4, GTX 1080 running on 64bit windows 10. All my drivers are up to date I've tried changing settings I've tried Fullscren, Windowed and Fullscreen windowed it happens no matter what. wat do.

idk which of the things I did fixed it, but after a computer restart it's fine

Just need a better computer.

Obviously not good enough

Edit : I had this problem once and I just wiped my computer and it fixed the problem.
