How do I get regular points?

So in-game I notice people have "points" that define their rank.

Now it says I don't have any and I was wondering how I can get some.

As a human you get points by: 1. Winning the map/round 2. Killing zombies 3. Assisted kill

As a zombie you get points by: 1. Killing humans 2. Winning the map/round

On ze you start getting points after 25 kills

It's 50 kills.
