Hammer Editor Failure

So im not really sure why Hammer all of a sudden doesnt wanna load for me, But when I goto edit a map now, I click on the Counter Strike: Global Offensive SDK and the Green Menu pops up like normal, but when I hit the hammer button, nothing happens. I can open the Model Viewer and Face Editor, but just not hammer. 

I've reinstalled Hammer Editor 3 times now, and can determine thats not the issue. Anyone have any ideas?

 

 

 

Edit: Fixed -- Reinstalled Steam as a whole and it worked for some reason. :?

try uninstall and re installing it. That's the only solution i can think of, but its worked fine for me, and has always worked fine, so i dont know.

I fixed it by reinstalling steam idk why that would affect it but it works now
