Remove learning from JB

Learning still has too many issues to be on the JB server.

 

1. Console spam about music.
2. Black and Yellow broken
3. Wipeout buttons are badly labeled and anything over level 0 is unplayable.
4. Today, everybody crashed when the map changed to learning.

 

Please remove it until these issues can be resolved.

Crashing is the biggest issue here. I was unaware of that problem. Map should be removed by tomorrow. Willing to reupload if it ever gets fixed.
