Vip Store isn't showing up in JB Store

I have mentioned this to one of the staff members in-game but the v.i.p store hasn't been showing up on the jb server for me the staff member said the he could see it (forgive me for not remembering the staff members name for it has been about a week or 2 since i asked said staff member) I noticed it showed up on the mini games server so my real question is why can't i see it in jb? I would take any suggestions or help.

Bulletford or some other engineer has decided to make VIP available to those with higher privilege (number 6). This means paidmins won't be able to access the VIP store. (Boycott to bring it back to paidmins?)
