Name 2616 Posted January 13, 2016 (edited) "Across every culture he is referenced, as a prophet, as a warrior, as a vulture, scavenging on what is left behind. Countless times he has come, and when the final ashes fall to rest in the dirt and darkness, he will be there, his vigil finally complete." Horologium is a standard gun race. Required level: 8888 Echo - 8 levels - Where he strikes, ruin is sure to follow. After 5 seconds, your attacks echo, dealing 3-24% of the initial damage once more. Reverberation - 8 levels - His actions send ripples through the course of fate. Your echoes have a 10-80% chance of echoing once more, for a portion of the echo's damage. Timeless - 8 levels - He is eternal, and will always find the right moment to strike. Start each round with .5-1.0 HP/sec. Each time you take damage, this amount is increased by 0.1. Cannot be increased by more than 0.8 from a single player. Inevitability - 8 levels - He is the manifestation of ruin. He cannot be stopped, only delayed. When killed, you will respawn after 34-20 seconds. Each time you die, this timer is increased by 34-20 seconds. (Design note: This can respawn you multiple times. The increasing respawn timer means you'll likely only get one in a round, two if you die quickly twice.) Ruination - 8 levels - Everything that is built will eventually be reclaimed. On hit, disable 10% of your opponent's bash, crit, evasion, and speed. This ability can stack. Each stack lasts for 1-8 seconds. Ad Infinitum - 60 levels - +ultimate - He is the storm front, graceful and unstoppable. Become slowed by 50%, but regenerate health at double the speed and regenerate 5 ammo per second to your active clip. Lasts 1-60 seconds, but can be deactivated early by pressing +ultimate again. 60 second cooldown. Edited January 13, 2016 by Name
SmugJack 96 Posted January 13, 2016 (edited) I like it. Only one question Inevitability skill takes away only the bonus, correct? So you can't take way someone's normal speed to the point they cannot move. Edited January 13, 2016 by SmugJack

Swed 2651 Posted January 13, 2016 I worry about the damage of headshots on echo/reverb Maybe reverb could be half the damage of the initial echo if it proves to be too strong on a headshot?
thorgot 2420 Posted January 13, 2016 (edited) I have a few questions/concerns but I love the race. 1. When maxed this does 43.2% extra damage on average (1.8 * 24). It's delayed but that still seems like a ton of damage.2. How long does the debuff from Ruination last? Something like 20 or 30 seconds?3. Why not just have +ultimate turn off the ultimate as well? Or better yet have it last as long as you hold down the button, turning off when you let go? Using ability seems unnecessarily complicated. Also you posted this in the wrong forum. I'll reword it to be more clear. Reverberation can proc ad infinitum, but it will only do any damage up to 3 or so reverberations - Say you awp someone for 110 damage, your echo will deal 110 * .24 = 26.4 = 26 damage, reverberation, if it procs, will deal 26.4 * .24 = 6.336 = 6 damage, and then if it procs again, will deal 6.336 * .24 = 1.52064 = 2 damage. If the damage is less than 1, it will no longer proc. 2. Not sure what happened to it but it was supposed to last 8 seconds at max rank, and each stack was applied individually, meaning that if you shot him once, then again 4 seconds later, at 8 seconds, it would go from 2 stacks to 1, then at 12, to 0. 3. IDK. Can just use ultimate for both. Didn't really think about it. Also, whoops lol long day

If you can survive 10 bullets with 125 max HP, then you achieve the same regen that Shadow Hunter has not for himself but for all of his team as well If you can get it to be OP (past that), then the way I see it, good on ya for managing to take so much shit and survive on a no mobility race inevitability - 8 levels - He is the manifestation of ruin. Pls explain i put a comment about ruination, it just isn't colored. i was talking about the hp regen on ult. i dont agree with this race getting 2 different skills to regen, especially on a race that respawns(infinitely, at that!!!!!!). The ammo regen is cool, but i just think it gets way too much ehp with both of these regen skills and the ability to keep respawning.
