Need help asap, cant connect to servers

[EL_PATRON 1344]

I was playing war3 a while ago, and something weird happened. All players got "frozen" on the map and i was running around with insane speed, i could hear ppl talk over the mic but very static, moose told me to rejoin. When i tried to rejoin this happens

It stops here, and in the console it says "Retrying public(162.251.167.168:27015) ..."

 

After a while this happens

What shall i do?

I lied, cant connect to either war3 or jb, but i can connect to the kz server and minigames
