Custom Spray not uploading ?

Ive tried everything to upload a spray Ive changed the size tried , multiple files , changed it to jpg but it still doesn't work is there anythign im missing ?

How to upload a custom spray: 
First, make sure you have a VTF file. Do not rename a .jpg to a .vtf, this will not work. 
Second, make sure the image resolution is under 512x512 pixles. If it's more, it will not work. 
Third, make sure the file size is under 100KB. If it's more, it will not work. 
Fourth, make sure the map changes. If it doesn't change, it will not work. 
Fifth, make sure you have your steamID linked to the forums, if you don't, it will not work.

U could make it 125x125 in whatever edit program ur using, after u made it 125x125(cause i know that will work) Goto Tf sprays and downlaod the VTF file after u done that and make sure its 85KB otherwise it might be too big, Then u should be good to go and upload it on here. Hope it helped if u didnt already figure it  out )
