No errors. The only issue I have is finding my windows key. I downloaded the thing you said to, and it said it doesn't work with windows 8.

This is a little bit more direct. Open up command prompt as an administrator and copy and paste what's below with the quotes and everything. Give it a minute and your product key will appear separated by 4 hyphens on the last line of the terminal.
