doc 32 Posted June 22, 2014 1 x Sound Card HD Audio with Creative Soundblaster Cinema1 x Mouse iBUYPOWER Standard Gaming Mouse Don't buy a sound card if you don't have good headphones that can make use of it.I recommend a Sensei, death adder, or some other mouse. 1 x Operating System Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium + Office Starter 2010 (Includes basic versions of Word and Excel) - 64-Bit1 x Warranty Standard Warranty Service - Standard One(1) Year Limited Warranty + Lifetime Technical Support1 x LCD Pixel Protection 30-Day Zero Defective Pixel Protection Plan [CZ-27] Litterally throwing away money. 1 x Processor Intel® Core™ i7-4810MQ Mobile Processor (4x 2.8GHz/6MB L3 Cache)1 x Memory 16GB [8GB x 2] 1600MHz DDR3 SO-DIMM Laptop Memory - G.SKILL Overkill. An i5 and 8GB is enough. If you really think $2000 is acceptable then go for it. It's obvious that you aren't trying to save money here, but you could definitely build a desktop good desktop for $1000 or buy a prebuilt laptop for much less without losing much quality. Now, I don't know you or your life but I doubt you need the most expensive thing in every category just to play Counter-Strike. Not trying to be a dick, trying to save you money. 1 MrCoolness reacted to this

I agree entirely with this commentary, very well put. I would however not opt for an i5 if you're going that deep in, i7 & 8 GB is good. Seriously though buy a PC, that thing won't last 20 minutes on battery and probably weighs a fuckload so chances are it will be stationary. Spend ~1200 on a sick desktop and another ~400 on a decent workstation laptop if you really want one.
