Cpmenu, remove the last alive feature and make a rule last one has to save and die on course maps instead

cpmenu custom coded script for last player cant use CP does not work well what so ever. You must remove it as its a BIG issue.

 

Also you need to add the maps i suggested in the map suggest forum, as players are so bored of current maps...
