Alright, I got the itch to do more to this thing.

I'm thinking these LED turn signal conversions, and an OEM signal relay to avoid that retarded fast flashing.

Perhaps an alarm, to keep things safe.

As seen in my first post, this fender eliminator will go on eventually.

This thread is more or less a shopping list than a bragging rights. :P

DONT put an alarm on it.. them things are useless. If you know how to lock ur steering wheel and face the bike no one can get it without a team of ppl

I can easily snap a steering lock by myself.

@Skotti - the tank cover is kinda ugly imo. Do you have a grip pad thingy? Can't tell from your pics.

Yeah, cast aluminum is so easy to break.

As for the tank, its bone stock. nothing on it at all. I need a zipper guard thingy.

So for my birthday this year I got a Delkevic 200mm Stubby slip on. I wasn't happy with my scorpion slip on exhaust so I went with this one. It sounds much better.

And I got a tail back. Cortech 2.0. Its very nice And I highly recommend it to anyone who's looking for one.

PS Mega bump.

To do list for this winter:

Rizoma Turn Signals all around

BKMoto Bi-Xenon HID kit with Halo projectors

Custom made DIY brake light flasher (Plug N Play kit)

Targa (or something similar) Fender Eliminator kit

I'm sure I'm forgetting something but oh well. I'll post a video in like 10 minutes.

The video doesn't do much justice but I love the way it sounds. And there is no baffle in it so its extra loud. For anyone thinking about getting an exhaust but doesn't wanna spend 350+ on a slip on, Delkevic USA makes a great exhuast for less than $250.

This is a pretty awesome mod I must say. I ended up buying it for $35 shipped and it came in pieces so I had to solder it together. If you don't trust yourself soldering it, you can also buy it pre-manufactured for $50 shipped. And this isn't limited to just the SV650, you can find many stock plugs online and purchase them for a plug and play setup or just splice it in. I'm a fan of plug n play because I hate finding issues later down the road from a previous owner stripping a wire to plug in their shitty mods.

As of last night, I have the Targa fender eliminator on order, a K&N Air filter and a LED flasher for when I buy rizoma turn signals when I decide to buy them. I got the modding bug again and the bike is >500 from being paid off. So I'm excited about that.

EDIT: Fucking video embeding

Are you trying to shop local or are you just going to buy it online?

All the local shops are shitty. Haven't really put much effort into it.... Not on the priority list.

Mini-Update:

Did a TPS adjustment today, and wow what a difference. Smoother in the low RPM range while putting out more power as well. On order is  "Steve's aTRE" for $27 to hopefully give me more mid ranged power.

Got a fresh pair of tires, Pilot Power 3's.

Photo shoot coming soon. :)

I use two brothers pretty much always

yeah, except its so god damn expensive. 500 bucks for a slip on, or less than half for a godzilla sounding slip on. If I could, I'd just go GP style but fuel management systems are expensive. But probably next on my list.
