1.) Necron [1.] {Passive}

-Respawn after Death 1-2 Times

-Gain ?50-100? HP

2.) Flayed One [1.] {Passive}

"*Metalic Noise*"

-Your slowed down by ?50%?

-Leech ?10-30? HP

3.) Flayer Virus [10.] {Level}

"The curse from the C'tan Llandu'gor"

-When attacking a enemey you inflict a posion attack that deals ?1-5? DMG that lasts for ?3s?

4.) Claws of the Flayed [10.} {Level}

"*Screeching sounds of Metal on Board*"

-You deal ?1-5? bonus DMG on hit

5.) Body Stealing [10.] {Level}

"He has a Human Face...."

-On killing someone you are given ?15-30? HP

-5-25% Chance of Disguising as the Enemey

6.) Time of Bounty [10.] {Ultimate}

"Its time to find food!"

-You gain a ?150?% Speed Boost and Gain Stalker Sense for ?20s? Cooldown is ?40s?. If ultimate is used again you gain a 'Duelist Lunge'.

*A grey-redish tint would be nice.*

W/e I can deal but I think that it's solid other than the position it does 75 damage needs to be scaled down a lot

Also it's speed is at 50 percent it needs some TP as an ability ( not a strong one just a small one) you gain speed but its only a 20% speed buff on the ulti

If the damage for the Flayer Virus is 10 damage a second that it is a little overpowered since it lasts for 5 seconds. 2-5 damage a second would be more reasonable as stab + current Flayer Virus is 95 damage, back stab is an almost sure kill. Back stab is what? 135 damage? 135 + 50 damage is going to kill most races.

The race is very slow but it does a crapton of DMG,HP and it respawns quite abit.

Yeah it does sound awful to lvl at first,its just that why it is slow is cause I based it off of a *slow* unit in the WH40K series.
