Cannot download contents from Server

I am having trouble downloading contents from wcs1 server.

Is there a way to download all the sounds and models that wcs1 server use?

Needs help. Zombie is just big error sign, and cannot hear any sound from wcs1 mod.

I tried removing cstrike folder, and models, and sounds everything.

Also, I can download properly from the other server.

ditto. deleted and restarted/reconnected multiple times. no luck.

Fast download is still down I think.
