You don't have to wait 30 seconds to throw 2 nades, you can just throw one in one area and another in a different area right after each other thus not breaking or bending the nade spamming rule. What's so wrong with that?

if you can spam in one spot then you can also prevent the other team from progressing by throwing it into choke points. Maybe someone doesn't know you have two nades and they hear the first one go off and they rush in only to have another one thrown in, assuming that you will follow the nade spamming rule.

On another note, do you still get blocked by teammates or do you pass through them? because maybe you are trying to escape but the people rushing behind you prevent that so you get hit by two nades when you were trying to escape the first one.
