Samurai slicing bullet in half.

You sound a little mad...

Don't hate on Lopez because his sword is better than yours. Longer too.

Oh you sure got me. My secret plan was to get mod in the GFX forum and wreak havoc bwahaha. Oh and mentioning it in this thread is completely relevant. Great post, I would thank it if I wasn't so mad.

Not mad, just didn't want to reply to a horrible joke.

If he can pull that off with a bb bullet which is a lot smaller, I'm sure he could do it with a bullet

Also, I could probably pull that off.

Plastic BB pellet =/= bullet.

The pellet was going at about 200mph, which is only about twice as much as your average major league baseball pitch. I've dodged airsoft pellets at this speed from a similar distance.

Your average pistol round travels 700-800 mph. That's 3.5-4 times as fast as this pellet. He couldn't slice it without beginning to swing before it even fired, and at that point hitting it would be pure luck, not skill.

While cool, the acheivement is not even comparable to what the title claims, and not really very impressive.

Double post ftw.

Hopefully most of the European populations don't believe BB's are near to what a bullet is capable of. Otherwise the next World War is going to be a wake-up call

Also: He just hit it and it cracked a chip off, with both pieces on the same side of the blade. He didn't "slice it in half".

And god knows how many tries it took to reach the final cut.

EVERYTHING I'M TOLD IS A LIE.

The title is deceiving. I honestly was hoping for a legit 5.56 round, or even a .22. Slicing the BB is impressive, but I'd rather have seen a bullet made to kill.

Sounds safe.
