My idea for a lr is this.

4, 3 or 2 times speed but always shift walks. If he/she runs then he/she can be killed. T that has Cheeta freeday will have 50 health. Cheeta can only knife. If shoots he is freegame. They can run to knife a person. If they escape from the sights of the cts after he/she makes a kill the cheeta is automatically pardoned and has to shift walk again.
