Watching DotA highlights has shown me how mind-blowingly awesome DotA really was. The skill ceiling on that game is so high that it breaks my brain at how good you can be at it. LoL will never be even close when it comes to innovative, creative gameplay.

And LoL-ers think skill shots are hard. Not even close to the shit you can do in DotA.

Yep. Guinsoo made LoL painfully simple and appealing to the masses. Even the map is ridiculously simplified. When someone eats/lumberjacks his way through a forest to escape death, you truly appreciate good/exploitative map design.

i installed LoL, played like 4-5 games...realized that the average IQ of the playerbase was on par with Tea, and promptly uninstalled.

Too much is imbalanced in LoL. Certain matchups of heros are op as fuck. I still love playing this game with friends though

As for trying League of Legends... eh. The biggest thing for me is that I don't want to re-learn item builds in a new game when I can just keep playing DotA. I only hop on DotA every once in a while right now anyway.
