Flash Animation

My first ever flash animation Ive made followed a tutorial and this is my outcome. Only shit thing is that its looks really glitchy on a .mov format but on flash moves smoothly. But I dont know if its just my internet making it look glitchy/laggy so would like to know if runs smoothly

Yeah but I dont want to waste that much time searching or recording sound for it for time being. Im just trying to get a hang of the main functions and stuff because going to have a massive project on animations/motion graphics soon for college lol
