Headset wont work in Css

I am using Windows 7, and before the update i could use my Headset in game. But after that I cant talk at all.. Anyone got any Clues to why?

I have looked in that i tried the TEST it has and it wont do anything. So idk if i Update Drivers will that helo?

Windows 7 Ultimate, Yes i can Skype with it and Vent

Hm, check volume settings in the cart to see if cs:s is muted just open css, then alt+tab then go to the volume mixer and check

you may want to make sure that whatever recording device you have is set to default (in Windows settings) so that CSS is using that one, not another one selected.

Well every time i take the headset off i gotta Manually Adjust my Audio manager... But it works now Thanks guys

Check your Steam settings. Make sure it has it set as the default there, too.

It's under Voice.

If your Headset is a Logitech etc try googling the drivers for your headset it could be that your headset drivers are screwed or you dont have it installed on your pc.
