I went through maps added to fpsbanana in the few months and I came up with these to be added to the Jailbreak server:

jb_iron

• requires doors to be opened by CT in control area, only has 24 T spawns: I fixed both of these by removing the doors and adding 12 terrorist spawns
  
• has intriguing minigames, including dodge the cannon, castle crashers, death race, jump rope
  
• somewhat small
  
• add fixed version, see how well it does

ba_jail_stationx_v1d_fix

• very well made map with climb, race, foursquares, simon says (screen shows a color, terrorists must scramble to that color or die)
  
• might be a bit CT sided as there is no vent from cells

ba_jail_dev_apoca

• has guns in literally every room, only 24 t spawns (fixed in linked version)
  
• has an intriguing race, a soccer, no other games of note
  
• has a broken radar image which will make people whine

I also rejected some other maps for various reasons:

ba_jail_sylvan - absurdly large, low frame rate. It looks great and has a few fun games, though.

ba_jail_floodedtower - too laggy, horribly designed

ba_jail_maryport_v1a2 - has edge gamers ads all over it, cells open after a minute, bombsites with a bomb. this would be OK without the ads and automatically opening cells.

#1- add more slots - 64

#2 - not as big as a problem and might in-balance towards zombies but add a crate by the broken grate at end with the helipad so zombies can get up by a second water route.

If you just do #1 that would be awesome!

I have been removing any maps that have auto cells open. If you can just put a button then I would be fine putting it on but I am culling the herd with any map that doesn't have cell open buttons.

Add ba_jail_stationx_v1d_fix its an awesome map. As thorgot said, it has a lot of fun and innovative games and it isn't wtflarge.

I can see about piggybacking cell door open onto another bottom on ba_jail_stationx_v1d_fix and removing the auto-open. And I'll add a bunch of slots to that ZE map tomorrow too.

Ok, I fixed up stationx and jurassic. There's no more lockdown teleport, the cell is opened by the ST button, and the cells don't open automatically after 50 seconds.

You can just overwrite the old files on the server and the players shouldn't have to download anything new, as the checksum hasn't changed.
