Each race get it's own thread.

Thread title is the Race Name you want it to have. If you haven't thought of one yet, Name Undecided or something similar will do.

Must include a poll as to whether people want it on server aka::

Do you like this race?:

* Yes.

* No.

* Overpowered, yes.

* Underpowered, yes.

In the thread must have::

Generally::

* Name or "Name Undecided"

* Idea/Concepts if it came from any (like Comic/Movie/TVshow/Game)

* Is it a knife race / pistol race / gun race??

* A proposed required level.

* Any shop item restrictions.

Skills::

* How many skills.

* Skill names or descriptions of what they do.

* What level each/all these skills have.

* A required race level for these skills (optional).

* min->max of the skill parameters (10-50% damage/invis/speed/etc) must be arrived at some time in the thread (not needed with opening it)

Preferences::

* Serious Suggestions, if enough people like it I'll take it anyway.

* Unique skills/skillset, don't want another Keeper of the Grove.

* No more than 7 skills, I can support 9 skills, but it means people can't see raceinfo on 8+9.

* Maxes at at least lvl16. Nothing more than lvl100.

Limitations::

* Atm I can't do "hit the guy you're looking at" skills, eg knife throw/lina inverse ultimate

* Atm I can't do "hit where you're looking at" skills, eg spawn ward at viewpoint/instant teleport to view.

With this type of setup it'll be much easier for people to get what they want on and for me to make decisions on races.
