Like a BAWS! 0 Posted August 21, 2010 Okay, so I was browsing through my e-mail and I got alot of crap about me logging on to my Blizzard account from multiple IP adresses and changes being made to my account (Hacker I beleive.. or virus). Either way, I randomly opened one and it says someone bought SC2 with my account using some random credit card.So now I have a free SC2 CD Key and was wondering if I need the CD for it.If I do, I have a free CD Key to give away

Failsniper 2 Posted August 21, 2010 no, you do not need a CD to play SC2.Once installed I think you register your CD key to your account. So you have an extra LEGIT CD Key?

Dojima 7619 Posted August 21, 2010 You need a CD to play unless your name is Failsniper. You should probably relinquish the key to him.
Like a BAWS! 0 Posted August 21, 2010 Lol, well first, it's not an extra, it's my only CD key. Second, I don't really think I'll play SC2 anyways =\And Third... someone loves me enough to give me a free $60 randomly generated number.
Failsniper 2 Posted August 21, 2010 Well, if you don't want your SC2 that you never purchased, you can always ( GITTER2ME.) give it to someone.

Quayle 71 Posted August 21, 2010 You don't need the CD to play SC2, its why theres a digital download.....All you do is download the client from bnet and if it was bought on your account then it should already be bound to it
Failsniper 2 Posted August 21, 2010 You don't need the CD to play SC2, its why theres a digital download.....All you do is download the client from bnet and if it was bought on your account then it should already be bound to itIts a phishing email, I can give you the CD key and all you have to do is put it in google and you'll instantly know its not real. Like I said I spent a good hour trying to register it....I must say, BAWS got me really good that time.
BlkDrgn 0 Posted August 21, 2010 i would NOT use that key if i were you.. if you didnt purchase it yourself, then that means your account was compromised and a possibly stolen card was used that you will then be held liable for if you use the key.
