I like the fact that even though he won't get the 15/15 votes, the staff votes can still get him in.

The staff vote lets practically everyone in unless they seriously fuck up. The 15/15 is really useless when you think about it.

i wouldn't say that, cause i mean, if youre on the negatives...staff will be like wtf? negative? is he worth it? so it does affect their judgement

None of them (with the exception of Martyr) don't have nearly enough community votes. Baz only had 5/15 and got in regardless. Hell, look at this one. http://www.syndicate-gamers.net/showthread.php/30371-Mr.Bean-s-Application-%28Accepted%29/page2 - He only got 3/15 and multiple no's. Still gets in. The only people I've actually seen denied who got to staff vote was Mastermind and Tristan, who both have past history. Now I have nothing against these people, I'm just using them as examples. I'm just saying that the community vote means absolutely nothing when 9/10 people without enough votes get in anyway with staff vote.

After this weekend I will submit my vote. I've played with you a few times, but not enough to get to know you.

Ill be on a bit more this weekened than usual because im still a bit sick :l and i dont have to work this weekend. Ive played with you a bit before. Arent you also a combat medic right the usmc?

I've haven't been on much this week. Its beena bit crazy and my best friend is undergoing surgery today so I'm watching him for the weekend. I should be on a LOT. LMAO

Yea sorry about the typo there. I know how crazy it can get when someone has surgery and you have to take care of them xD. My mom tore her acl over christmas and taking care of her was a pain in the ass >.<. Anyway i hope he comes out ok and that nothing goes wrong. What type of surgery will he be having?

I have close friends who have lost their dad at a young age, they are more mature because of it and I'm sure this kid is no different.

I haven't played JB with you (at least as I recall) which should automatically make me either abstain or say no, but you seem reasonably mature enough as is.

That and I feel bad when I see people slip into the negatives (unless there is a direct reason as to why, which as of right now I don't see).

Just curious but what are your reasons and everyone elses? only reason so far has been that ive bumped and that shows that im immature.

I asked early on for people to say why they voted no so that i can know what im doing wrong so that i can try and fix it or get better at not doing it so often.

WaaX and Martyr are both cool people who roamed a lot in JB, idk why your QQing Music.

Baz has probably been here longer than you and he was a cool guy. He left the clan for personal reasons, and seeing as many of the oldies don't vote in the R&R, it's logical he wouldn't get any votes. Many of you new guys don't know him, and that's probably why you didn't vote for him. Personally, I voted yes because I’ve played with him a long time ago and am glad to see him back.

Now stop the thread hijacking. Votes work how they work.
