Now that I think about it, Titan does need to be on more before he gets it.

Also, just an idea, new admins (in the case of Titan) should get a lower admin to trial/learn admin. It's a lot to go from 0 to hero in a day.

If I see people contributing in servers in any way they possibly can, My referral for them is a yes. If they are hackers, spammers, annoying pieces of poo, my referral would be a no.
