so will it's ultimate not be allowd at like planted bombs it doesnt do damage but u can move at all (cant even turn so how do u do obj)

I would think it depends on how roots are treated. it basically does the same as roots, just keeps you from turning too. if roots are allowed at bomb site, why not this? anyone know if a ct is defusing while this skill is used, will it stop the defuse?

they will probably be able to keep defusing because its not like they are being moved from the bomb or forced to look away from it

It doesn't allow you to defuse when it is active

yeah, I hit someone with it the other day just as they started to defuse and it stopped them. the noise kept repeating like they were trying, but it wouldn't stay in defusing mode.
