So this time my price range has gone up. It would either be an HK USP or a Sig P226 (Not sure of caliber yet).

Then we have the alternative, the S&W M&P 15. All are around the same price.

I would say the USP. You don't need a M&P15, just too big. Just get a USP. Small and I like it.

Playing devil's advocate, I don't need the USP either. I might use the M&P15 for coyote hunting if it shoots a good enough group.
