My main problem with Michigan is its piss poor ability to manage my unemployment/NAFTA funding. They keep telling me to get a job, but I am taking advantage of free schooling provided for by NAFTA. I lost my full time job of 7 years when the company closed and moved to Mexico.

So, everytime there is a planned break for X-Mas/Thanksgiving/ect I am expected to be working during them days off which is stupid because it is a holiday so shouldn't I be spending time with CS errr I mean my family and 99.99% of the companies around here are closed for the holidays anyways.

granholm is shutting down 19 different offices, including the state police, parks service, secretary of states office, and loads more. this bitch is fucking crazy, im glad im leaving the state on friday for good.

Yeah we talked about this a lot in my Govt. class. This was the same thing (almost) that happened back in 1994.

My school only has 3 weeks worth of "Rainy Day Funds" and then it'll close.

I can't get my license now either.

On another note, this could be beneficial to Michigan as well. Soon, I see that they will be legalizing Marijuana. It worked for Amsterdam and California, so it will work for us... except we have Detroit.
