UFC 2010 vs. Crackdown 2

Ok so I'm not sure which I want to get.

Basically Crackdown 2 will be much better than Crackdown 1. It added some vehicles, customization, more orbs and armor, 4 player co-op, and 16 player versus.

While UFC 2010 is the same as 09 except new submissions, leaning, bobbing and weaving, more fighting styles, against the cage fighting, different transitions and techniques, tournament feature.

Both have other things I can't remember that I haven't mentioned.

Right now I'm thinking Crackdown 2 will be a better buy since it's a freeroam co-op while UFC 2010 is just a 1v1 fighting game besides the tournament feature.

But I want your opinions.
