Ive done so much reading today. Ive read up on all of this and in a frantic search, Ive also learned of P2's first problem and how it was resolved. Which oddly, if i've completely grasped all of it, ended much like this seems to have ended; P2 loses power and someone else gets banned/loses power. So much information to take in at one time...

I know my posts dont mean much as i havent established myself as a valued community member name. But i think everyone here has the same opinion.

It looks like Junzou did what he had to for the better of the community.
