How to Reinstall Steam

Edit: Apologies about the possibly misleading title. This isnt a how-to its "how do I".

As stated. I've seen it done before but I just cant remember how. I'm reinstalling Windows and don't want to reinstall about 20 gigs of games, so what files do I need to transfer to my other hard drive in order to keep from doing that?

I guess all the steam files and games folders? Just to be safe

No, I figured it out. I guess the "Backup Game" command when you right click wasn't really clear enough for me.
