After the neighbor ran outside yelling "YOU FUCKING HACKER QUIT HACKIN MY INTERNET IM GOING TO SUE IM GOING TO SUE!!!" and noticing that thier switch from their DSL to cable only increased my bandwidth draw more. I decided i probably should do the decent thing and pay for my own.
