Well, they can't have the chance to do anything if you don't report. When I was a moderator I know I would take action whenever I got a report (many of them were for you, hence the reason I was on your ass so much. Lol.) on someone breaking the rules. That is what the button is there for and if the moderators aren't handling it, then they aren't doing their job.

Actually I do something when I get a report... But I never get reports from "high members", It's actually only the new members that takes action. You should maybe consider making a report instead of just saying the mods wont do anything. We play CS:S too so we can't look every thread through so maybe a report would help.
