EDIT: Just found thin from a post by Oreo in 2008, which is probably what you were going off of. But I've never seen it enforced like this.
 
Always it has just been the way different admins enforce the rule; that applies to all of it, the forums, in game, and discord. 
I for one only enforced it as a don't spam, be overtly stupid, or have suggestive names.  Never did I have to deal with targeted racism.
 
Bottom line is that I have always seen the rule enforced as "No N-WORD".  So to be surprised that @daniel_ enforce it just in that way doesn't surprise me in the slightest.  I also think you're taking it too personally like you always do "and you being you, couldn't let that go". I would agree though and that it SHOULD be enforced more as a no targeted harassment or enforce like the way you think it should be.

When you are doing the blue stage on bhop_101xp, the first time you use the floating serpentine section to go to the green sections drop, it makes you float in the air infinitely. The second time I tried to run the map, it wouldn't register me at all when I jumped in. The bot that OLD_MONEY has works just fine, so I don't know what the issue is for the registry. Please help fix this bug! 
 
 

The sG kz server was incredible and very populated in its prime. It had active admins and a thriving community, however when Simple Kz came out the server died. This was do to poor server management and the fact that the only person who was allowed to update the server or change anything with it didn't care at all about it anymore and basically wouldn't update it. I would message him several times to get the server updated or to tell him the way to revive the server is to switch back from Simple Kz mod back to Kreedz Mod (which are two different, but very similar game modes), but he didn't care in the slightest and let the server die til eventually their was no reason for sG to run it anymore. 
 
I don't expect putting this out their to do anything but I sure do miss my old main server.

We're in the process of transitioning all the maps off fastdl to a workshop collection due to an ongoing issue with fastdl, and valve is taking their sweet time approving said collection. We appreciate your patience in this matter as it can definitely be frustrating finding the popular maps gone, but with fastdl broken, anyone without the maps previously downloaded wouldn't be able to play the server anyways. This transition is obviously taking longer than we'd like as you can tell. There's also a separate known issue regarding the nomination plugin that I'm in the process of fixing. Anyways, all of this is to say no one is pulling the "popular" maps off war3 arbitrarily.
