It is a black dot until someone refreshes the server/force adds the sprays, or until the server resets. (Server crash and restart also does this) 

This is just basically loading your spray onto the server.

One thing is that PUBG will be alive for a long time, it's doing better than GTAV in sales and playerbase. If a new CS were to come out, that would be our revival.

The R8 is supposed to have 30 clip, it is just broken rn. All pistols used to have a 100 clip but that was pretty OP so they were nerfed to 30. The USP and M4a1-S are also broken so they have default mags rn. Usually every CS update the guns that were added into the game (post release) break and go back to default mag size until someone fixes it.

The mag7 is a high risk high reward gun. Yes it has a lot of knockback, but also a low range with low fire rate. If the person with the mag7 misses the shot on a bhoping zombie they are pretty much dead.

Also rip watermelon pet, you need to !spec then join another team for it to appear. Without the command rip melon pet. ALSO !spectate is a command, it only lets you spectate and you cant join the team immediatley. It takes a while to spawn you in.
