From what I can gather, you're trying to get L2 some form of admin with a needless over complication of jargon.
 
As our community would have it, if someone has proven themselves to be mature enough to be a server officer, they may apply as a member and receive such benefits should our esteemed staff members allow it. Far less complicated than.. this.
 
I don't mean to shit on your idea so readily, but I feel as though it's more over a problem of a lack of players as opposed to admins.

You probably could take me due to the vast weight difference between the cars. That would be the only reason I could see losing... but who knows. Your ride is almost 1000 Lbs lighter. Tho the newer mustangs are prone to wheel wobble which is what is causing them to hunt bystanders on sidewalks.... and you did buy a MUSCLE CAR with a v6. Like really bruh? Come on ;p

Will be getting the model up in about 3 years, (6.4L v8, 485 HP) and turning it into a project car (twin superchargers and the like) and getting it to ~1000 hp with a Manual.... since it won't be my daily. Hellcats are for people that don't know how to mod cars...aka Mac computers of the dodge lineup lol.

This really shouldn't be a thing when there's less than five or ten people on the server. Quite a few times we've had three or four people on just goofing around and it gets pretty irritating. Mic spam isn't much of a problem with that low of a pop. Tried to teach a friend the game the other day in intervals of 5 seconds. I made it work, but damn was it annoying.
