Guns serve one practical purpose, and are designed for one reason; to kill. The UK and ireland combined have maybe 80~ gun-related deaths each year. The US has 10,000+. It doesn't matter what the average person intends to do with their gun or the safety measures they say they take, accidents happen, fits of rage happen, crimes of passion happen, mass shootings happen. No good can come for starbucks by allowing guns into their businesses.
 
A constitutional right is not a human right, and as such shouldn't be argued for on moral grounds. Just because it's in the same document doesn't give it the same weight as freedom of speech or religion.

No, what I was trying to say is that something which is a constitutional right is not by default a human right or a necessity, but that does not mean that a constitutional right cannot be a human right. Example - Free speech, freedom of religion, gender equality, all people free and equal, these are human rights and included in constitutions. Depriving someone of the "right" to own a deadly weapon is not a violation of their human rights by any means.

Also, I don't see the relevance of rates of rape in the UK to gun violence.

It's really kind of sad how many of you are willing to play online poker on a Saturday night.

The Tournament will be on Saturday, July 13th at 7 PM CST. Roll call will still be taken at 6:45 CST, which will take place on Teamspeak (mic not required). Everyone knows that the heroes currently being introduced to dota 2 are ports from dota 1, when they say "new" they mean new to dota 2. 

It was removed because people who had any hint of a squeaky or prepubescent voice were excessively being restricted on the spot, without being offered a chance to prove their competence as a CT. As far as I know, the rule was originally introduced to bar out significantly immature and/or flat out incompetent CTs. Over time though, it felt like we were restricting them for laughs and giggles, rather than restricting them for being bad CTs.
 
Although, I have definitely noticed a recent influx of just plain awful CTs. A lot of which can be contributed to the loss of the no balls rule.
 
Personally, I feel that the rule should be reintroduced in a manner that allows competent younger players to remain playing on CT while being able to restrict those who have demonstrated nothing but complete incompetence. As it stands now, we give them a warning and tell them that the next time they make a mistake they will be restricted, when we know it's inevitable that they're going to catastrophically screw up again shortly after.

I agree that all armory ledges and roofs should be restricted as well as rewording vent camping to something along the lines of 
 
"Camping across from vents or cells that contain vents is prohibited, you may watch the cell block, but do not preaim or preshoot at the cells that contains vents or vent entrances in other areas"

I don't understand why it matters if CTs are on armory. The only place it would matter would be like shel where there's a vent. Otherwise, it's just them at a vantage point.
 
I like Shadow's rewording of the camping.

Can we please bring back the noballs rule? Why was it even removed in the first place? 

Also the whole "ct's can stare at the vent" is dumb and should be removed
 
 
Also "ct's can sit on top of armory" should be removed as well.

We should all go around in a circle and share how we feel about different parts of each map define and how we should interperet them with words then collect a whole database and connect every word into one then we all will be happy
