How to upload a custom spray: 
First, make sure you have a VTF file. Do not rename a .jpg to a .vtf, this will not work. 
Second, make sure the image resolution is under 512x512 pixles. If it's more, it will not work. 
Third, make sure the file size is under 100KB. If it's more, it will not work. 
Fourth, make sure the map changes. If it doesn't change, it will not work. 
Fifth, make sure you have your steamID linked to the forums, if you don't, it will not work.
