I agree with JFK, replace those 2 parts and you should be good. As far as your HDD, I would maybe try to find a Western Digital brand..... the few times I tried Seagate Barracuda it already came dead from manufacturer.

As far as the case, there are a few that are the same price.. or close.. and have some better air ventilation/cooling and come with more fans. Check these out.(If you want to save some money.. There is also a few that come with a PSU already in it! .. )

Good, post it! Just like I started this post. I was talking to people and was thinking to start it or not... People would probably think, "Just another guy bitchin'.." But, I'm sorry but it gets TIRING. And, many people leave the server whenever they see teams are stacked, for example, the ct's or t's start getting massacred, the players who are like.. 0-18 just leave.. I mean maybe they're not that great, but the reason they are leaving is because they have no opporunity. I entered another server the other day and 3 guys stared talking mess to me cause of my "sG" tag. They said, "Man, I hate that server, it fucking sucks! There's never admins that do anything and everyone just stacks, this server is way better" That's making US look bad and we're loosing players cause of it.

That would be good, but the problem is they simply don't...

Or like I said before, if coding a team-scrambler that works would be too hard, then add some trust-worthy players to the admin list who will not abuse admin, and try to even teams.
