vision 5 Posted December 22, 2018 ^ Occasionally when you change maps on the bhop server, this happens. I've only noticed it when I nominate maps or try to force change them with the !map command. The first time I RTV'd the map simply did not change, the 2nd time this happened, which prevents the map from ever changing and spams the chat with 2 seconds remaining.
