New GPU

The current GPU i have is very under par for the games I play and this causes a massive hit to my fps, I run CS:GO around 40-50. Any suggestions for a good one around $250-$450. I am a college student so i can spend too much without starving myself for a week.

I play on a gtx 1050 ti and it runs everything I play just fine. I do plan to upgrade my whole PC within the next year or two though.

best to wait till july and see how the 1100 series bring down prices as they are still inflated from people buying them out for mining

For now this is a pretty good deal on a GTX 1070 ($440). I would wait if you could like Centran said because the inflation for the gpu market right now is ridiculous.
