I'm pretty sure that's the stock voltage. Are you over clocked?

Yes I think stock voltage is a little less than that played around with it set to 1.315. I overclocked it from 3.3 to 4.5. It runs at full load at 50c with aircooling.

Uh, I forgot I was idling so it probably stepped it down :P.

On air cooling most ivy bridges and up are lucky to make it above 4.0 So i was just saying how sandy bridges are OP

really? just about every 2500/2600k and up from sandy will hit 4.0 easily. I have my 2500k at 1.09v and it sails at 4ghz, although I have a lot of trouble topping 4.5 without excessive volts.

Ye it's weird 3570k and 3770k (i5 i7) basically don't make it to 4 on air cooling I don't believe the newer haswell can make it to 4 on air either
