ORC IS OP QQ BITCHING THREAD

1.crit nades still give critical damage even if the nade doesnt actually do damage to you. its like a throwable chain lightning...

 

2. chain lightning is spamable unlike how say nightelf entangle isnt spammable

 

3. orcs can respawn in spawn which makes it pretty much like default but with superpowers

 

4. you can have 4 of them per team thats like 8 crit nades

Just wait till Orc Chieftain. You think your crying now with 4 Orcish Hordes. Wait till its 4 Hordes, 2 Chieftains, 2 zueses, 1 priest it will be like the gold ol days of WCS1 all of again. 6 Crit nades 6 chain lightening plus ult immune all in one simply OP package.

Nightelf entangle is hella more spammable I think with its shorter cooldown....

 

Yeah the crit nades can be so annoying coupled with the respawn.

The invisible races and shotgun races are quite OP too.  If something happens with the orc, something should happen with those races as well.  I suggest putting a limit on orcs for close quarter maps like office.

Play default.

 

TP out of nades back into spawn.

 

Type kill in console if you see a nade coming at you if you've used your ult.

 

in console?? dude bind that shit.

Pretty sick of taking 1 damage from a nade and taking 67 from crit damage. It should be proportional. And if it is, the proportion should be nerfed. 310 damage from a nade 15 feet away is dumb.

You mad that a nade in a game is acting like a nade in real life? If anything CSGO nades are far weaker than their CSS or 1.6 counter parts. If anything the crit nade should stay as is because almost every race in WAR3 has more than 100hp or can buy their way past 100hp and lets not forgot armor in the calculations of the damage model. Nerfing a starter race isn't a good idea.

You are actually retarded. Its a fucking video game not real life. People are mad that the nade isn't balanced. And your reasoning that we should never nerf starter races is also dumb, it just encourages people to whore OP races the whole time instead of trying new ones.

Since we are nerfing starter races or any race with any sort of decent skills we may as well start the nerf train and nerf human bash as it procs too much, nerf night elf entangle to make it require direct line of sight, Nerf Human General since it is basically human alliance v2.0, Nerf undead since its explosion does so much damage and has a great aoe, Nerf Ghost because it has a great bash, Screen shake & distorted vision, Nerf Tinys knife range. Banana you want balance you have to be prepared to look at every race, every skill and question is that skill balanced and does the skillset as a whole make the race balanced or OP. We shouldn't balance around a few people crying they got killed by an orc nade there are a bunch of other gay ways you could die in WAR3 other than a orc nade. Orc was balanced and now it will be in the shit can again just like it was in WCS1 when people cried about orc nades being too strong in CSS which by the way couldn't even kill anyone if they were above 30 hp most of the time since most people bought the dwarven blastvest to reduces the crit nade damage.

Keep the damage maybe and reduce the AoE of it ( if possible ) ?  There has been times where I am decently far away from it, hit by the nade and I don't know how the modifier works if it's a % of the damage added on or a multiplier but it does a decent amount damage even at some what of a distance

more or less the same idea as this since we're nerfing orc nade lets nerf others. starting with human bash and invis, night elf i would think is okay since it was nerfed from 1.6 > source anyways. human general nerf bash, same idea with undead nerf explosion to 50-75 dmg to be "fair" and since people rely on it way too much, but since we're nerfing the original 4 which is what warcraft mod was made on, we'd have to nerf all the other races as well. just to be fair and balance it out.
