Template for Requesting a Map Addition/Deletion

Use this as a template for your requests:

The title of the thread must be the name of the map for logging purposes.

Please be sure that the map has enough slots to support the server slots.

Post updated 5/17. Forum cleaned up and I will now be checking for new map requests regularly.
