Applying to Syndicate Gaming
Introduction
If you are reading this thread, your one step closer into joining Syndicate Gamers Community. Please read the following thread carefully as it is essential you follow all the detailed guidelines we give regarding our recruitment process. It is a long process to get into Syndicate Gaming, but it could be well worth it.
Pre-Requisites
Requirements needed before making your application to sG are:
- Be registered on the forums for at least TWO weeks.
- Have 100 (preferrably quality and non-spam) posts on the forums.
- Have at LEAST TWO REFERRALS from an elite, senior, veteran, legend, or server officer (or get ONE REFERRAL from a staff member).
- Have a total of 50 hours of playtime on sG servers. You can check this by going to GameMe Stats and checking how much playtime you have logged.
After meeting the pre-requisites, you can now be able to make a thread to apply for sG. When making your thread, be sure to use the template below, as it helps us out a lot by being able to push your application down the process faster.

Screening
Once you have made your thread a Recruitment Staff Member will soon promptly post a message asking you to contact one of the clan's staff for a screening. A screening is simply a series of questions which you answer to the best of your ability. To get a screening, just add any of the following list of advisors on xFire, and message them asking for a screening.
Staff you should contact for screenings are,
JCS: Advisors: Recruitment Officers: If you are unable to receive a screening via XFire, please contact the Recruitment Staff above via Private Messaging on the forums. In your PM, please create a subject with something like "Screening for Your Name" and answer these questions in the message body. You may not post your own screening - a Recruitment Officer, Advisor or Joint Chief of Staff has to review it before doing so.

Question 8: In around 5 sentences, tell us what we need to know about you before we let you into our clan.
Voting Period
After you apply and are screened a staff vote will decide whether or not you make it to the recruit stage. You must receive 8 positive staff votes, after successful completion of this process you will wear sGr tags in game (in front of your name), your application thread will be moved to the Pending Recruits forum and your username will change colors to reflect those of recruits. After this has completed, you will go into an observation period that lasts until the end of the month where the whole community will watch you. You must obtain 80 or more community votes during this time. A staff vote counts as +/-5 votes and a community vote equals +/-1 vote. If you are denied, you must wait one month before reapplying to sG.
Any infractions or complaints during this period will have a direct effect on your applications success.
