For grayman, its 1% each time, but sometimes it doesn't "proc" so you only get half the bonus instead.



I think dunpeal had it's evasion lowered, which is probably why you only see 1 time. How many times are you hit when it says one? Check consol and if its something like 4-1 or lower, it's probably ok. Maybe 5-1 or lower, not sure.

when i say 1 time is 1 in all my life, lvl 10 (maxed) to 29

Edit: i get 2 idea

1. it glitched  (1/20 to dodge)

2. the message is glitched and it not show it evry time you evade

I encountered a bug once with a few other people where Undead Scourge appeared as invisible as a Lurker for a round, not sure what might have caused it or how to fix it. If you can look into it, maybe you can find out.

Dawnstar doesnt have enemies showing up on the radar... i believe

i think its a bug but head hunter can buy speed
