Atari Breakout

Nvidia's random GT 1030

This seems rather odd... 384 Cuda Cores, 1227 MHz base/1468 MHz boost, 30W TDP, with 2 GB VRAM.

Priced at 70 dollars MSRP, why would someone not go for a 1050 (~100) or even a 1050Ti (~140)?

Any thoughts?
